Fees & Services

Office Hours

Tuesday 10:30 to 6:00

Wednesday 10:30 to 4:30

Follow up visits last 55 minutes and the charge is $195.00. Sometimes the follow up visits last longer and the charge may be $250.00.  Shorter visits may be $120.00  to $150.00.  New visits last around one and one and one half hours and the charge is $290.00 dollars.  For patients who live out of the area, the initial visit still needs be done in person, but the follow up nutrient plan visit can be done on Skype through my secure medical software.  For older children and young adults who live out of town, I may order labs and combine the first two visits into a two hour visit for $390.00.

I am an out of network physician for all insurance companies.  I will print out an insurance claim form for you which you  can submit to your insurance company.  Many insurance companies reimburse 50 to 70 % of the visit charge after your deductible is met.

Some of the lab tests that I order are traditional tests that are done through Lab Corp. and may be covered by your insurance company.  Other lab tests are not considered traditional and may or may not be covered by your insurance company.  You may have the lab bill your insurance company directly or you may pay for labs through my practitioner account with Direct Health Access and recieve deep discounts and a claim form which you can submit to your insurance company.  You should call your insurance company to clarify the least expensive way for you to have labs done.

Some patients use health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts to pay for healthcare expenses that are not covered by insurance.  Payment is due at the time of service.
